Stambaugh Ness Hires Kristi Weierbach as Manager, HR/Payroll Advisory Services
York, PA – York resident Kristi Weierbach, Ph.D., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, FPC has been hired as Manager, HR/Payroll Advisory Services by Stambaugh Ness CPAs / Business & Technology Advisors (SN). As a member of the Firm’s Outsourced Business Services (OBS) team, Kristi will provide payroll advisory and HR services to clients. She will also serve as presenter for the Firm’s free, annual year-end payroll events.
Kristi began her career as an accountant at a manufacturing firm then progressed to Controller, HR Manager and HR Director positions. She most recently was payroll implementation manager and then Director of HR Services at a financial services firm.
Kristi graduated with a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Business from Capital College, Penn State University. She also was awarded a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Management with a specialization in HR from Capella University. She has earned a number of payroll and HR certifications.
