Teri joins our team having 16 years of government-industry audit experience. She is a former Supervisory Auditor for the Defense Contract Audit Agency, who audited cost allowability, allocability, reasonableness, and compliance. She is an expert in Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). In addition to her extensive experience in performing a variety of audits on major and non-major contractors, she also worked as a Forensic Accountant/Federal Auditing Agent for DCAA’s Office of Investigative Support Division, investigating and testifying as an expert witness in civil and criminal cases for DCIS, Army CID and, NCIS.
Hobson has represented many buyers and sellers across the AEC industry for over 15 years as an advisor. His experience includes several deals spanning a variety of markets and geographies involving private firms, publicly traded firms, and private equity firms in North America, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. He excels at solving complex issues to help clients achieve their growth goals.

She has over 10 years of experience in construction, engineering, and project management. Her experience working for an ENR Top 500 architecture/engineering firm provided her with insider knowledge of the industry and hands-on front line of Deltek products. Her areas of specialization include Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint CRM/Marketing software implementation and training.

Beyond her generalist proficiency, she leads a Cincinnati Ajera User Group and actively engages with AUA, showcasing her commitment to the field.
Lucas has many years of M&A advisory experience including lead roles in guiding transactions from engagement to closing, ensuring desirable outcomes for business owners and strategic investors. Prior to joining Stambaugh Ness, Lucas completed multiple pandemic-era deals and was known for his ability to successfully match buyers and sellers in niche or highly specialized industries.
As a Senior Manager, Patrick has an impressive depth of experience compiling, reviewing, and auditing financial statements in several industries. He has advanced expertise in auditing and accounting issues with privately held companies, working proactively with owners and their staff. Patrick also oversees the audits of employee benefit plans, such as 401k and ESOP plans.

Julie is a Certified Public Accountant.
