Prior to joining SN, Robert served as the founder and President of Left Brain Professionals, an accounting and advisory firm serving the compliance needs of government contractors.

Robert’s deep understanding of how to navigate the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) ensures that clients receive unparalleled guidance in achieving and maintaining compliance.

Robert is adept at crafting tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, including strategic planning, cost and pricing models, financial analysis, negotiation strategies, regulatory compliance, and the design and implementation of DCAA-compliant ERP and accounting systems.

Additionally, he is a national presenter and author, sharing innovative approaches to profitability and compliance.

Ashley Jazayeri

Ashley Jazayeri is a Senior Consultant with Stambaugh Ness’s State Tax Advisory Group, bringing extensive experience in state and local tax (SALT) issues. In previous roles before joining Stambaugh Ness, Ashley focused on Tax Credits & Incentives and State and Local Taxes.

Ashley specializes in helping clients find solutions to complex state tax challenges, saving them money on compliance costs and state audits. Her expertise includes post-Wayfair nexus rules, state registrations, reverse sales and use tax audits (RSUTA), sales and use tax filings, and voluntary disclosure agreements.

Ashley is committed to optimizing tax strategies and ensuring regulatory compliance for companies operating across multiple jurisdictions within the United States.

Ellen Keeley is the Director of Product Management at Deltek, a strategic partner of Stambaugh Ness.

With 29 years of experience in the architecture and engineering (AE) software industry, including the last 14 years specifically in Product Management, Ellen is dedicated to the continuous evolution of Deltek Ajera and Vantagepoint. Her work ensures that these essential product-based ERP solutions not only meet but consistently exceed the expectations of firms.

Ellen plays a crucial role in shaping the future of Deltek’s offerings, driven by a commitment to helping clients optimize their operations and achieve greater success. Her deep industry knowledge focuses on product development directly benefiting the firms that rely on Ajera and Vantagepoint for their business needs.

Phil Keeney

Phil leads the Stambaugh Ness TechSolutions team, providing technology consulting and implementation to over 800 clients, including the architecture, engineering, manufacturing, governmental, and healthcare industries. Working closely with clients, Phil develops innovative solutions to contribute to the company’s growth and profitability.

Always thinking strategically, Phil frequently performs client technology process assessments to fully understand their current needs and where they want to be in the future.

Phil manages and deploys technology initiatives for clients via ERP, EDI, and CRM, as well as developing and managing all aspects of their technological infrastructure, technology inventory, and staff. His years of experience also include performing IT security audits, intrusion/penetration testing, and long-term strategic planning.
