As a veteran Chief Operating Officer of a multi-office engineering firm, Tom offers an unparalleled understanding of the internal mechanisms that drive firm performance, spanning finance and accounting, human resources, and information technology.

Throughout his career, Tom has successfully guided organizations through significant economic shifts, ownership transitions, and periods of rapid growth. His background as a nuclear-trained Submarine Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy informs his “systems thinking” approach, allowing him to identify and optimize the complex interactions between clients, employees, and a firm’s economic goals.
