Noah brings a strong foundation in strategic planning, problem-solving, and mission-driven performance to his role, with a focus on serving architecture and engineering firms. His experience includes overseeing financial operations, managing end-to-end financial functions, and ensuring tax compliance within project-based accounting systems. He is adept at developing and implementing streamlined processes to enhance financial transparency and operational efficiency for clients.
Before joining Stambaugh Ness, Noah served as a Fractional Controller and Staff Tax Accountant at ADKF, where he managed financial operations for a portfolio of clients, developed a lease tracking system, and prepared numerous tax returns.
A Marine Corps veteran with over 8 years of leadership experience, Noah also has experience in team management, training, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Alyson brings over 20 years of expertise in marketing and business development within accounting and professional services to her role as Chief Growth Officer. Prior to joining Stambaugh Ness, Alyson served as Chief Marketing Officer at a Top-15 CPA firm where she spearheaded growth initiatives, including an award-winning client experience program, and achieved impressive double-digit revenue growth.
With her strategic vision and innovative approach Alyson plays an instrumental role in shaping the future of the firm, executing strategic plans to enhance our market position and fuel growth. She collaborates closely with firm leaders and practice areas, leading our marketing and business development teams to identify new opportunities, expand market presence, elevate the client experience, and build strategic partnerships.

Courtney Frazier is a Project Accountant in Deltek Ajera Outsourced Accounting Services at Stambaugh Ness, specializing in Deltek Ajera for architects and engineers.
Courtney assists AE clients in the complete project cycle within the Ajera system, including project entry, billing, and project-related reporting. She reconciles financial discrepancies, provides recurring transactional assistance, and performs month-end closing services, including preparing financial statements.
Courtney is a problem solver for both clients and Stambaugh Ness, identifying the root cause of Ajera issues and proposing solutions. She also participates in the onboarding process for new OAS clients using Ajera and seeks ways to help clients and the firm enhance processes and profitability within the system.
Before joining SN, Courtney was a Senior Staff Accountant, working in finance and accounting outsourcing.

As SN’s Director of Information Technology, Rob oversees the firm’s internal information technology support team. He brings over 15 years of experience managing projects and leading technology teams. In his role, Rob provides support to our existing IT operations systems and serves as a champion in the development of new processes/systems.
Prior to joining SN, he served as the subject matter expert for technical projects specifically related to operations automation for a leading international shipping company.
Julie, a Certified Ajera Consultant, possesses a dynamic array of skills. Her collaborative approach, driven by an unwavering commitment to client success, consistently leads to remarkable outcomes and enhanced project profitability. Beyond her generalist proficiency, she leads a Cincinnati Ajera User Group and actively engages with AUA, showcasing her commitment to the field.

Ryan, a Systems Security engineer with a deep IT infrastructure background, plays a vital role in the cybersecurity team, proactively identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities for organizations. He assesses cybersecurity risks, protects technology infrastructure, investigates breaches, and champions data security. With a commitment to staying ahead of emerging threats, Ryan is a valuable resource in safeguarding digital assets in today’s evolving threat landscape.
In addition to his core responsibilities, Ryan is an advocate for continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices. He collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge solutions, assesses emerging technologies, and develops best practices to strengthen an organization’s cyber resilience. In his role, Nikolai applies his passion for cybersecurity as he helps companies create more robust and secure networks to minimize risk. He assists businesses with planning, development, and implementation of information security strategy; as well as identifying security risks and vulnerabilities of their managed networks, endpoints, cloud environments, and applications.
