Firm’s Value Advisory Practice Launched
York, PA – Stambaugh Ness (SN) announces the acquisition of Artisan Value Advisors (Artisan), effective November 1, 2017. Artisan is a specialized business valuation and consulting firm headquartered in Pennsylvania. Artisan’s Founder, Glenn Spinello, CPA/ABV, CVA will join SN as a Principal and lead the firm’s new Value Advisory practice area.
With over 30 years of business, accounting and valuation experience, Glenn brings to SN a high level of knowledge coupled with honed analytical skills that are critical in helping firms understand the true value of their business. Under Glenn’s leadership, SNs Value Advisory practice will provide business owners with specialized services to not only identify the value and value drivers, but also to develop actionable plan to maximize them.
