As you know, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has had significant impact on both our personal and professional lives. Our number one priority here at Stambaugh Ness (SN) is to support the safety and well-being of the communities in which we live, work, and serve. In this time of uncertainty, we want to assure you that our focus is on both protecting our employees, clients, and business associates, and ensuring continuity of service.
SN has assembled a team to closely monitor the COVID-19 public health emergency and we are following all recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local authorities. Despite this being a unique and constantly changing situation, please know that SN is committed to delivering the same high-quality service and extraordinary client experience that you have grown accustomed to.
With over 60% of our workforce remote and many of our services already performed virtually, we are well prepared and have significant experience in successfully serving clients remotely. At this time, we encourage all clients to take advantage of our secure file exchange technology to share information safely and securely. Additionally, collaborative meeting technology such as Microsoft Teams or GoToMeeting can be used to meet and communicate virtually.
