The Sensitivity, Awareness & Mindfulness course is designed to help individuals promote understanding, respect, and inclusivity in the workplace and beyond. These lessons highlight ways to become more aware of and sensitive to the differences among people. Scenarios include various topics such as gender, race, ethnicity, culture, religion, sexual orientation, age, and disabilities.

Individuals will explore perception, behavior, various types of bias, such as unconscious bias, and how they can impact workplace relationships and productivity. The training course also teaches participants how to recognize and address bias, as well as strategies for creating a more inclusive workplace.

Included in this course are interactive exercises, including role-playing and group discussions, to help participants better understand how their behavior and attitudes can impact others.
