As the primary point of contact for inbound opportunities, Kayleigh leads the firm’s client engagement process, ensuring timely response, thoughtful qualification, and alignment of prospective clients with the appropriate Stambaugh Ness professionals. She also manages the firm’s proposal development efforts, collaborating across service lines to develop tailored, high-quality proposals that clearly communicate the value of SN’s industry expertise and solutions.
Known for her strategic mindset, responsiveness, and ability to build strong relationships, Kayleigh oversees the client onboarding experience, ensuring new clients transition seamlessly into their partnership with Stambaugh Ness. Through proactive communication and cross-functional coordination, she helps clients feel informed, supported, and confident from day one, while serving as a trusted connection between clients and the firm’s experts.
Prior to joining the Client Engagement Team, Kayleigh led the firm’s event strategy and webinar programming, managing dozens of conferences, educational events, and marketing initiatives that strengthened the Stambaugh Ness brand, expanded industry visibility, and supported business development efforts across the AEC industry.
