This strategic acquisition involved the transfer of Resource Management Associates to GEI Consultants, part of the GISI family of companies. SN’s Merger & Acquisition (M&A) team served as the exclusive advisor to the selling shareholders throughout the transaction process.
Celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2024, Resource Management Associates (RMA) is a pioneer in developing numerical models and software systems that support water resources engineering and management. RMA’s staff boasts advanced degrees and deep knowledge of surface water systems, including the Sacramento-San Joaquin Bay-Delta.
GEI Consultants, a national leader in geotechnical, environmental, water resources, and ecological science and engineering, brings extensive experience to the partnership.
