Katie (Nix) Bochniak to Provide Strategic Leadership to Stambaugh Ness Talent Lifecycle
Katie Bochniak’s experience with international and professional services firms will directly support the current Stambaugh Ness staff expansion. She also offers organizational and strategic planning skills in addition to other critical strengths that will come into play as the firm continues expanding its market and corresponding growth in depth and array of services offered.
York, PA – Stambaugh Ness (SN) announces the addition of Katie (Nix) Bochniak as Director of Human Resources. Katie will lead the strategies across the talent lifecycle for Stambaugh Ness, PC, CPAs, and its technology affiliate, Stambaugh Ness Business Solutions, LLP.

Katie’s past 16 years of HR leadership experiences include working at an international recruiting firm and a professional services firm, in addition to HR positions at QVC and the Dauphin County Library System. She is accomplished at organizational and strategic planning; driving innovative initiatives and championing continuous improvement processes; acquiring, training and retaining talent; mentoring and peer coaching; team leadership and development; and has an in-depth knowledge of federal and state employment law.
Katie previously completed the SHRM Learning System through the Society for Human Resource Management and earned her certification in Professional Human Resource Management from Villanova University.
Katie is a graduate of Leadership Harrisburg, and has served on the boards of Leadership Harrisburg and United Cerebral Palsy.
