Generating AEC Work in Uncertain Times
The AEC industry is currently experiencing disruption like never before. While many firms are currently busy, industry indicators anticipate a significant workload slowdown in the coming months based upon RFP activity. A contributing factor that can’t be ignored is that traditional marketing and business development approaches have been, potentially, forever changed as we face the reality of a “new normal.” These are unprecedented and uncertain times.
