Tax Cuts Ending: Prepare Now for the Great Expiration
The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) passed in 2017 was the most comprehensive Federal Tax Legislation since the Tax Reform Act of 1986. The legislation introduced significant tax changes, mostly favorable to the taxpayer, both businesses and individuals.
What many may not realize is that nearly all of the tax provisions that are related to individuals (and passthrough entities such as S-corps and partnerships) expire at the end of 2025. Even though that is over a year away, the time is now to start planning for these changes and take advantage of the TCJA provisions before they expire.
Watch SN’s tax experts, Tom Moul, CPA, Jennifer Nelson, CPA, MBA, and Karen Poist, CPA, for this informative webinar as they provide suggestions on what you can do NOW to plan for these changes.
During this event, attendees will:
- Review the TCJA provisions.
- Understand the impact of the expiration of the provisions.
- Learn what you can do NOW to maximize benefits from the provisions before they expire.
