Elevate Seller Doer SkillsetsThe Michigan Chapters of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) and Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) partnered to host a seller-doer workshop for members of both organizations to enhance the skillset of technical professionals engaged in business development.

Based upon several referrals, Scott Butcher was commissioned to develop and deliver the half-day training program. After multiple discussions with even organizers, this curriculum was agreed-upon:

The program was highly interactive with several group activities as part of the different modules, with participants working on specific value messages for their firm, analyzing lead sources, and practicing networking skills with their fellow participants.
