Working diligently to fully understand the needs and requirements of each client, she identifies the ideal solution to help them achieve their goals. Susan has more than 30 years of accounting and technical expertise, including valuable experience as a financial controller in the architecture and engineering industry. She has been instrumental in assisting project-based clients with improving their accounting processes, becoming more efficient, and ultimately more successful.
Stacie Ferrell | Senior Consultant
Stacie has gained deep technical, marketing, and industry expertise during her 20+ years working with Deltek systems within the architecture and engineering space. Her areas of specialization include CRM Implementation & Training; Proposals (Custom and Government) Implementation & Training; CRM System Reviews; CRM Process Assessments and Development; CRM Data Importing; and Workflows.
Stephanie Hooton | Consulting Team Manager
Stephanie brings over 25 years of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and project management experience to her role as Manager of SN’s Deltek Consulting Services. Her deep working knowledge of project-based businesses, specialized focus in the Architecture and Engineering industry, and extensive hands-on experience in the application of Deltek solutions translate into an innate ability to know just what a client needs to be more efficient, effective, and profitable.
