Kate Allen, PE, MBA | Stambaugh Ness Stambaugh Ness (SN) is pleased to announce that Kate Allen, PE, MBA, has joined the firm as Director, AE Advisory. Kate will focus primarily on Transition Strategies, partnering with clients in the Architecture and Engineering (AE) industries to anticipate and prepare for their future. Passionate about the critical role that people play in the transition process, Kate’s “lead with people” approach positions firms for accelerated success and growth.

In her Director of AE Advisory role, Kate will leverage her degrees in Psychology, Mechanical Engineering, and Executive MBA. Additionally, clients will benefit from her 25 years of AE industry experience, including leadership roles as a consultant, Principal-in-Charge, and National Engineering Director.
